1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vetpk ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of the vetpk website located at vetpk.net and all associated services, products, software, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Your continued use of the vetpk Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. vetpk reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms at its sole discretion, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional guidelines, rules, or terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features offered on the vetpk Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use vetpk, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not be a vetpk employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of the foregoing;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction imposed by vetpk or any applicable regulatory authority;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not have had a prior vetpk account terminated for breach of these Terms.

vetpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the vetpk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes. vetpk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Notifying vetpk immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.

vetpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. We recommend using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other service.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vetpk are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). vetpk supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your vetpk wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. vetpk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, you must contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposit and that are registered in your name;
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed;
• vetpk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request;

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. vetpk accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

The outcomes of all random number generator (RNG) games on vetpk are determined by certified random number generation software. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vetpk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vetpk staff, other players, or live dealers;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of vetpk.

The vetpk name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. Nothing on this Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of vetpk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vetpk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. vetpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, vetpk's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Account Termination & Suspension

vetpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal associated with the account;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting vetpk support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. During this period, your account access will be suspended and you will be unable to place new wagers or claim new bonuses.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the vetpk Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support review, you may escalate your complaint to vetpk's compliance team by requesting escalation through the same support channel. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within ten (10) business days.

vetpk's decision on all gameplay disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and wagering requirement calculations — shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.

In cases where a player alleges a technical error affected a game outcome, vetpk will review available server logs and game records. The Company's findings based on its technical records shall be considered authoritative in the absence of evidence to the contrary.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vetpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the vetpk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vetpk operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and player protection frameworks. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
